WHO WE ARE

Member of WSBCS Family since 2011. Aaron was born and raised in Northern Arizona. He moved to the San Luis Valley in January of 2001. He holds a certificate of PC repair from Penn Foster University. He is A+ and Network+ Certified.

Long time resident of the San Luis Valley with a bachelor’s degree in computer science with an electronics background from the US Navy. Chris has 15+ years of telecom experience before joining the WSB Computer Services team in 2019. Currently working on becoming A+ certified.

Long time resident of the San Luis Valley with a degree in Communications from Pensacola Christian College. Spent 11 years as an Operations Manager in the radio industry before joining WSBCS in July 2008. He has experience with custom audio installations, graphic design applications, and the Macintosh.

Dustin became a member of the WSBCS staff in November of 2021. He was born in the San Luis Valley but is not afraid of new experiences and loves to travel. Graduate of Alamosa High School with a 4.0 GPA as well as a graduate from Adams State University with an Associates of Science. He fell in love with working on computers when his high school teacher, Mr. Schweitzer, introduced him to IT in his Teen Tech Class. Ever since, Dustin has had a passion for learning how IT works, how to repair computers and networking systems, and is currently working on certifications on being a better technician. While he is introverted, he is respectful and will make sure to get the job done right.

Alfonso "Fonz" Velasquez joined the staff in November 2016. Fonz was born in Denver but has lived in the San Luis Valley for over 20 years. He enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, and reading. As a lifelong technofile, he is happy to help out on a part time basis, with the erecycling center..

Gail Velasquez joined our team in August 2008. She was born in Denver, CO and moved to the San Luis Valley in May of 1998. Her experience includes sales, customer service, inventory control, and e-recycling.

She is currently working as an Inventory Control Manager also called stock control, which is the process of ensuring the right amount of supply is available in an organization. With the appropriate internal and production controls, the practice ensures the company can meet customer demand and delivers financial elasticity.

She enjoys watching the Denver Broncos, fishing, camping, and most of all, spending time with her family.

Member of the WSB Computer Services staff since 2000. Honor graduate of Adams State College with degrees in Business Computing, Marketing and Telecommunications. Has CompTIA A+ and N+ Service Technician Certifications. Has extensive experience in Windows Server, Hyper-V Virtualization, Remote Desktop Services, Multi-Branch Office setups, Multimedia Solutions as well as application installation and support for a variety of vendor apps, both on-premise and in the Cloud.

Hondo joined our staff in December 2012. Hondo was born and raised here in the San Luis Valley and graduated from Alamosa High School. He has also graduated from Trinidad State Junior College with Honors and achieving a 4.0 GPA obtaining his Associates degree in Computer Networking and Technology. Since working with the company he has obtained his CompTIA A+ and Network+ Service Technician Certifications and will be perusing his Security+ certification.

Member of WSB Computer Services staff since November 2010. He was born and raised in the San Luis Valley. Attended ITT Tech for two years to obtain an Associates Degree in Computer and Electronics Engineering. Currently working in the telecom department at WSB Computer Services.

Native of Greece, has lived in the Valley since 1991. Highest Honor graduate of Adams State College with a Bachelor of Science in Management & Computer Systems. Has CompTIA A+ Service Technician Certification and 3Com Telephony Certification. Extensive experience in setting up & managing networks and DSL & Wireless Internet connections. Other practice areas include IP videoconferencing solutions, disaster recovery, Point Of Sale systems, PC troubleshooting and consultation.

Kenny became a member of the WSB Computer Services staff in May 2001 and has extensive knowledge in servers, networking, and web design. Having lived in the San Luis Valley long enough to be considered "semi native" he enjoys the beauty and opportunities for recreation. Kenny enjoys spending time with family and friends. 

A Lifelong resident of the San Luis Valley and graduating from Alamosa High School, Kyle was hired to help with recycling in late 2012. He currently works as bench technician, in pursuance of achieving his A+ certification. His experience since joining the company includes sales and support, purchasing, e-recycling, inventory control, and customer service. Kyle enjoys PC gaming, technology, and exploration adventures.

Phylicia joined our staff November 2018. She came to the San Luis Valley in 2003 and has over 8 years experience as an event coordinator and administration coordinator.  Phylicia enjoys spending time with her family, enjoys traveling and being outdoors. Phylicia is currently our customer service representative assisting with sales. She is more than happy to have joined the WSB Computer Services family and looks forward to learning more in the Information technology field. 

Member of the WSB Computer Services staff since December 2004. He was raised in the San Luis Valley. Graduating with honors, he received his Associates degree in Computer Network Technology from Trinidad State Junior College in Alamosa. He has a CompTIA A+ Service Technician Certification. Currently specializing in sales and management, work experience includes PC sales, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

Sean Snook was born and raised in the San Luis Valley and graduated from Alamosa High School. He is currently working towards a Bachelors in Computer Science at Adams State University. He loves the outdoors, camping and fishing. He is also currently a Volunteer Firefighter for the Alamosa Fire Department.

Stephanie Snyder joined our professional team in March 2007. Born and raised in the San Luis Valley. Stephanie received her associate degree in computer network technology in 2007 and her Bachelor of Science in Business and Information Technology in 2011. Work experience includes sales, customer service, inventory control and purchasing. Currently the General Manager of WSB Computer Services, Inc., Stephanie, oversees department operations making sure everything runs smoothly. She has a love for learning, traveling, the outdoors, and most important spending her time with her family.
